We act as an intermediary platform connecting borrowers with lenders and insurance seekers with insurance providers. Our Platform offers:
- Loan Facilitation Services: Personal loans, home loans, business loans, car loans, education loans, loan against property, construction loans, and other credit products.
- Insurance Services: Health insurance, life insurance, term insurance, vehicle insurance, and other insurance products.
- Comparison Services: Tools to compare interest rates, premiums, terms, and features across multiple lenders and insurers.
- Application Processing: Assistance in completing and submitting loan/insurance applications to partner institutions.
- Document Management: Secure upload, storage, and verification of required documents.
Important Note: We are a facilitator and do not directly lend money or provide insurance. All loan approvals and insurance policy issuances are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective lenders and insurance companies.
5. Application Process and Approval
When you submit a loan or insurance application through our Platform:
- We will forward your application to one or more partner lenders/insurers based on your profile and requirements.
- Approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rates, tenure, and premium amounts are determined solely by the lender/insurer.
- We do not guarantee approval of any application or specific terms.
- Processing times vary by lender/insurer and product type (typically 2-15 business days).
- Additional documents or information may be requested during the verification process.
- Credit checks may be performed by lenders, which may impact your credit score.
6. Fees and Charges
Our Platform charges may include:
- Service Fee: A nominal fee for facilitating loan applications (typically 0.5% - 2% of loan amount or as disclosed).
- Processing Support: Assistance fees for documentation, technical evaluation, or legal verification (if applicable).
- Insurance Premium: As determined by the insurance provider (we may earn commission from insurers).
All fees will be clearly disclosed before you proceed with any transaction. Lender charges (processing fees, prepayment charges, late payment fees, etc.) are separate and governed by the lender's terms.
7. Loan Terms and Repayment
If your loan application is approved:
- You will receive a loan agreement directly from the lender detailing interest rates, EMI amount, tenure, repayment schedule, and other terms.
- You must carefully review and sign the loan agreement before disbursement.
- Loan disbursement is subject to satisfactory verification of documents and property (for secured loans).
- EMI payments must be made on time as per the schedule. Late payments may attract penalties and affect your credit score.
- Prepayment and foreclosure options are subject to the lender's policy and may involve charges.
8. Insurance Terms
For insurance products facilitated through our Platform:
- All policy terms, coverage details, exclusions, and claim procedures are governed by the insurance company's policy document.
- Premium payment schedules and renewal terms are determined by the insurer.
- Free-look period: Most insurance policies offer a 15-30 day free-look period for cancellation and refund (as per IRDAI guidelines).
- Claims must be filed directly with the insurance company as per their claim process.
- We may assist with claim filing but are not responsible for claim approval or rejection decisions.
9. User Obligations and Representations
By using our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all applications and communications.
- Submit genuine, unaltered, and valid documents for verification.
- Not misrepresent your financial status, employment, income, or any other material information.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Warning: Providing false or misleading information is a criminal offense and may result in legal action, application rejection, and being blacklisted from our Platform and partner institutions.
10. Privacy and Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Credit Bureau Reporting
You acknowledge and authorize that:
- Lenders may access your credit reports from credit information companies (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark).
- Your loan application, approval, disbursement, and repayment history will be reported to credit bureaus.
- Late payments, defaults, or loan settlement will negatively impact your credit score.
- We may access your credit information to assess eligibility and recommend suitable products.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by:

13. Limitation of Liability

- We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures by third-party lenders, insurers, payment gateways, or service providers.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 6 months.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your breach of any representation or warranty.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

15. Termination and Account Suspension
